Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:
The moon is being joined by a few small clouds early this morning and gives the hope that today will be another sunny day of skiing/riding! For Tuesday, the forecast is calling for mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the high 20’s to start out and then afternoons temperatures hitting the nid 30’s. Winds are anticipated to be moderate out of the northwest and could have the occasional blustery gust. So make plans to get on up here this morning because Tuesday is shaping up to be a killer day to be out on the slopes!
Curious about Summit? Well, unfortunately, last week’s ice storm caused extensive damage to Summit lift’s communications line. A multi-day repair effort is underway and we’ve created a special web page to keep you informed about the lift’s status:

Reminder: With daytime temps reaching around freezing or just above for the next few days, trees have the possibility to shed snow and ice that has accumulated from the previous storms. We recommend staying on groomed runs, but if you do choose to off piste, please use caution and always be aware of hazards that may be overhead.
Drive safe and see ya on the slopes!
