Conditions Report: Wednesday, February 5th 2020, 5:54 am

Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:

Good Morning!

We are seeing light snowfall and stormy skies to start Wednesday morning off. The snow stake picked up about 1” of fresh snow overnight but moderate winds have certainly loaded more snow in some areas while scouring others. The forecast for Wednesday is calling for mostly cloudy skies with snow at times and moderate to strong winds – it’s going to be a bit stormy out! Temps are expected to be warmer today than the last few days with a daytime high in the mid 30’s likely. Bundle up, opt for the low light lenses and come find some fresh laps to get you over the hump this week!

Helpful Tricks and Tips

With new snow comes a reminder and a responsibility to understand Tree Well and Snow Immersion Hazards. Please stay up on good safety practices and always ski or ride with a buddy in eyesight/ if you are headed off-trail.

Remember that our Winter Uphill Travel Policy is currently in effect. Check our Hike Zone status in Lifts & Terrain section below to view which routes are currently open.
