Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:

Good Morning!

We are looking at the start of another stormy snow cycle on this Wednesday morning! 2” of fresh snow overnight has everything covered in white and we are expecting snow showers to continue for most of the day today with the potential for a few inches of accumulation and free refills out on the slopes! Temperatures are expected to be in the 20’s today with winds blowing moderate to strong at times. The skiing and riding should be good out on the hill today with soft turns available all around.

A few reminders as we continue the week:

Helpful Tricks and Tips

Access to Backside and West Bowls off of Summit are closed. Due to the current snow conditions on Summit, the trails have not been groomed since the storm last week. The current snow conditions consist of a crusty top layer over soft snow. Until snow conditions improve and grooming can commence, the Backside and Westside Bowls will remain closed.
With new snow comes a reminder and a responsibility to understand Tree Well and Snow Immersion Hazards. Please stay up on good safety practices and always ski or ride with a buddy in eyesight/ if you are headed off-trail.

Remember that our Winter Uphill Travel Policy is currently in effect. Check our Hike Zone status in Lifts & Terrain section below to view which routes are currently open.

Drive safe and see ya on the slopes!
