Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:
4” of snow came in overnight giving the slopes a nice fresh look this morning! It’s cold and clear out right now with the outlook for today looking pretty awesome! Thursday is eyeing up to be the calm after and before the next storm. Temperatures are expected to stay cold with a high in the 20’s and winds should be light to moderate. Dare we say there is even a chance for sunshine on the mountain today! All-in-all it should be a great day up here with plenty of soft snow for you to shred!!
With another big snow storm in the forecast likely measuring in feet rather than inches we’d like to remind you to always ski/ride with a buddy because friends on a pow day is the Mt. Bachelor way.
With new low density snow comes a reminder and a responsibility to understand Tree Well and Snow Immersion Hazards. Please get caught up on good safety practices and always ski or ride with a buddy in eyesight if you are headed off-trail.
Please be aware and respectful that our Winter Uphill Travel Policy is currently in effect. Check our Hike Zone status in Lifts & Terrain section below to view which routes are currently open.
Have fun, stay safe, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
