Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:
Good Morning powder hounds!
6” of fresh snow overnight is a great way to kick off any day! That’s the good news…. The better news – It’s expected to keep snowing all day today and we should pick up a few more inches as the day goes on. Did someone say free refills? It’s going to be a day filled with soft turns and good times up at Mt. Bachelor. The forecast is calling for temperatures to stay in the 20’s with moderate winds to be blowing snow around all day. Stop hitting snooze…You don’t want to miss this one!
Gear up for a storm day – high clearance / AWD vehicles are recommended for travel to the mountain today as we are expecting some notable snow accumulation to build in the parking lots throughout the day.
Some other reminders for you…
Early-season conditions exist with a very shallow snowpack. Keep your eyes open for marked and unmarked obstacles and stay safe by skiing/riding only in open areas.
Please be aware and respectful that our Winter Uphill Travel Policy is currently in effect. Check our Hike Zone status in Lifts & Terrain section below to view which routes are currently open.
Have fun, stay safe, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
