Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:

Good morning from Mt. Bachelor! With Santa coming to ski our slopes today, He’s decided that we have been good enough this year to be put on his nice list! In so, his Christmas gift to us is the opening of the Outback lift. This will open up an additional 400 acres of terrain for Santa and us to enjoy on Christmas Eve day. The forecast for this morning is calling for mostly sunny skies, cold temps and light winds. So come on up and enjoy an early white Christmas!

With the addition of new snow, the ingenuity and uniqueness of the Woodward Mountain Park can progressively grow! Pacific City is next to have new features added and will nearly double its acreage. Check the conditions page tomorrow to get the details of the new additions.

Remember that early-season conditions exist with a very shallow snowpack. Keep your eyes open for marked and unmarked obstacles and stay safe by skiing/riding only in open areas.

Please be aware and respectful that a our Winter Uphill Travel Policy is currently in effect. Check our Hike Zone status in Lifts & Terrain section below to view which route are currently open.

Have fun, stay safe, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
