Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:
Another beautiful, mostly sunny day is on tap for this Tuesday. After a chilly start, especially where the wind is calm at the base, temperatures will rise into the upper 30s or low 40s again today. A southeast wind is blowing steadily at 30-40 mph at mid-mountain, but that shouldn’t affect lift operations. We’re planning to be 100% open with access to all 4,318 acres and corduroy placed across nearly 50 runs.
As a reminder, our snow is beginning to transition during this warmer weather, which may result in variable conditions throughout the mountain. We encourage you to ski and ride with caution and be aware of fast shady areas and sticky sunny spots as the day goes on. If you plan on playing in the trees, remember that tree wells still remain a risk. Ski or ride with a partner in eyesight and educate yourself about deep snow safety.
