Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:
Start off your weekend the right way with a trip up to Mt. Bachelor! Saturday’s forecast shows mostly cloudy skies with mild temperatures and light to moderate winds. Grab your low light lenses and a windbreaker just in case, because it’s going to be another great day on the slopes.
Join us at the bottom of Skyliner lift on Saturday from 11am to 3:30pm for 10 Barrel’s Locals Only & Pig Pickin’. 10 Barrel brews will be served as well as delicious pulled pork sandwiches from our 200 lb. smoked pig! SnoPlanks will be demoing boards and skis at their demo shed, and Gear Fix will be there to help fix torn clothing, and soft goods. Come hang out, grab a few beers, play a few games, and win some free swag!
January is Safety Month, and as a part of this month’s awareness and education, National Ski Patrol will be offering safe skiing mini-clinics this Saturday and Sunday! Clinics start at the top of Pine Marten at 11:30 a.m. and go until 12:00 p.m. Clinics will review skier’s responsibility code, collision awareness, and snow immersion suffocation (SIS) awareness.
We now have 100% of our terrain open with 360 degrees of skiing and riding from the Summit whenever the weather allows! New to Mt. Bachelor or visiting for the first time? Take a look at these helpful tips & tricks .
