Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:
Don’t forget! Our Spring hours will start on Monday, April 30th. We will operate from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. through closing day.
A frosty start to the day will have the snow surface fast and loud out of the gate, with the groomed trails being the place to be as we get going this morning. Temperatures are forecasted to reach the mid-30s, with partly cloudy skies, and a chance of a passing snow shower throughout the day. Off trail conditions will be variable so be extra cautious if you choose to travel off-piste, and be aware of marked and unmarked obstacles.
As you plan your visit to the mountain, note the following spring operational changes:
Sunrise Lodge, lift, and parking are closed for the season; start your day at West Village if you need tickets, rentals, lessons or food & beverage services.
Spring operating hours are now 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This allows us to provide the best skiing and riding conditions through closing day and avoid the sticky snow at the end of the day.
Sunshine and Cloudchaser lifts have also closed for the season. Most Sunshine terrain is still accessible via Skyliner lift.
Monday–Friday, beginners can ride the Magic Carpet from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. A valid ticket/pass is required and a special carpet-only ticket is available for $10. Helmet required for youth 17 & under.
Mt. Bachelor Childcare and all services at Pine Marten Lodge are closed for the season.
Please see the updated spring bus schedule if you plan to take the shuttle to the mountain.
