Conditions Report: Tuesday, April 10th 2018, 5:58 am

Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:

The weather hasn’t made an appearance so far in the early hours of Tuesday morning, but temperatures are steadily falling with the onset of this next storm. Precipitation is forecasted to arrive around opening and will start on the warmer side as rain, but should switch to snow as the day progresses. Be sure to stick to named trails to start the day as off-piste snow conditions will be challenging out of the gate, and be aware of marked and unmarked obstacles as you negotiate the hill. As with any storm, winds may be a factor for lift operations Tuesday, so be sure to check the lift status information below for real time updates.

Cliffhanger run off of Skyliner lift will be closed Tuesday, April 10th for a FIS ski event. Please observe all closed areas.

As you plan your visit to the mountain, note the following spring operational changes that are in effect:

Sunrise Lodge is closed for the season but restrooms are available.
Rainbow and Carrousel Chairs are closed for the season. Beginner terrain is available from the Sunshine Accelerator lift at West Village.
Please see the updated spring shuttle schedule if you plan to take the bus to the mountain.
