Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:
The vast networks of groomed trails will be the hot ticket item this morning, as the hill took a hard set overnight, the corduroy laid down by our grooming team will be pristine from the start. It will feel like a traditional spring day up in the Cascades with the forecast calling for partly cloudy skies, light to moderate winds, and temperatures reaching the low 40’s by midday. The spring break holiday is in full swing at Mt. Bachelor, with several family friendly events planned across the mountain, and more information can be found in the links listed below. Come on up and spend your time off of work and school by making some turns at 9,000’!
Oregon’s spring break is here, and while there will be a few more folks on the slopes than normal this week, spring break is far less busy than the winter holiday periods. The forecast looks amazing for excellent skiing & boarding and the Events Calendar is full of exciting reasons to visit. Up first: a series of Corduroy Cookouts near the top of the Sunrise lift. Enjoy some munchies and cold beverages on the snow this Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Jumping ahead to Saturday, it’s the third annual 10 Barrel Big Air and Snow Beach Party. And on Sunday, April 1, tradition continues with the Easter Egg Hunt for the kiddos and the Easter Keg Hunt for adults.
Finally, Spring Passes are now on sale. Passes are valid for unlimited skiing and riding from this Saturday, March 31, through our planned closing date of May 27. Priced at just $199 (for adults), the Spring Pass pays for itself after the third visit in April or May. Buy today before prices go up!
