Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:
Old Man Winter doesn’t want to lose his grip as light snow continues to fall this morning. We are not seeing big totals at the snowstake but a great re-fresher to our already fantastic snowpack. Our mountain crews put in a double shift last night laying down miles of World Class Corduroy. A busy weekend kicks off with forecasts calling for an occasional passing snow shower or two, temps in the 20s and winds that should allow us to operate our lower mountain lifts first thing, however Summit will be a challenge to get spinning due to poor visibility on the hill. With all the fun in store it will be hustling and bustling here at Mt. Bachelor today, beating your friends to first chair begins with a hot breakfast in Cocoa’s Café starting at 7:30 a.m. Head out the door and we’ll see you out there.
Join us this weekend for Subaru Winterfest! We will have events all weekend on the mountain and in town. There will be daily giveaways, gear demos, live music by emerging artists, and more.
