Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:
The bluebirds are singing this morning with a super day of skiing and riding ahead here on Mt. Bachelor. The story of the day will be our stellar snowpack, sunny skies and 4,318 acres of terrain to tear into. Summit lift is on the schedule with views of Central Oregon you can’t beat and 360° of riding choices off the top. It will be busy busy this morning, grab a hot breakfast in Cocoa’s Cafe starting at 7:30 a.m. and then beat everybody to first chair. Great fun in store today, look out for your fellow skiers and riders and don’t forget the sunscreen.
Also, we are continuing to offer preferred parking to the first 100 vehicles that have 4 or more people in them.
With new low density snow comes a reminder and a responsibility to understand tree well and snow immersion hazards. Please get caught up on good safety practices and always ski or ride with a buddy in eyesight if you are headed off-trail. Also, be aware of marked and unmarked obstacles as you negotiate the hill, especially on Summit’s backside.
Finally, it’s Spring Pass time! Passes are valid for unlimited skiing and riding from March 31 through our planned closing date of May 27 are now on sale. Priced at just $199 (for adults), the Spring Pass pays for itself after the third visit in April or May. Buy today before prices go up!
