Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:
It was a gray and windy Thursday but the warmer temps allowed the snow to soften nicely. The east side skiing was getting great reports and the on piste skiing was smooth. Another storm is upon us and we anticipate fresh snow by opening Friday. The forecast is calling for cooler temps and less wind Friday with a possibility of continued snow through the morning. It looks like we have a beautiful spring weekend in store so come up here on Friday to get it started early!
Thunderbird run off of Pine Marten will be closed Friday due to an OISRA race taking place, please observe all closed areas.
With new low density snow comes a reminder and a responsibility to understand tree well and snow immersion hazards. Please get caught up on good safety practices and always ski or ride with a buddy in eyesight if you are headed off-trail.
Join us in the Clearing Rock Bar on Friday, March 9th for the Annual 100” Party! The first 100 people to arrive will receive a complimentary 10 Barrel Brewing Company 100″ Party pint glass. Gear/Swag raffles will be at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, and 3 pm and live music will be playing from 2-4pm.
Finally, it’s Spring Pass time! Passes are valid for unlimited skiing and riding from March 31 through our planned closing date of May 27 are now on sale. Priced at just $199 (for adults), the Spring Pass pays for itself after the third visit in April or May. Buy today before prices go up!
