Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:
It is a mostly clear morning with a few swift moving clouds overhead. The hard working grooming team put down plenty of corduroy last night and we have over 90 inches on the ground. The wind is expected to increase substantially Thursday along with our chance of snow. This storm is expected to deliver some significant accumulation by Friday morning and the new snow will freshen up our already stellar spring conditions. With the strong winds forecast, be sure to check this page for up to the minute information on the weather and lift operations on Thursday.
I-5 run off of Rainbow will be closed Thursday due to an OISRA race taking place, please observe all closed areas.
With new low density snow comes a reminder and a responsibility to understand tree well and snow immersion hazards. Please get caught up on good safety practices and always ski or ride with a buddy in eyesight if you are headed off-trail.
Finally, it’s Spring Pass time! Passes are valid for unlimited skiing and riding from March 31 through our planned closing date of May 27 are now on sale. Priced at just $199 (for adults), the Spring Pass pays for itself after the third visit in April or May. Buy today before prices go up!
