Conditions Report: Tuesday, February 27th 2018, 6:00 am

Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:

Today will be a day to remember. It is a cold and calm morning with only the sounds of groomers putting down smooth cords to be heard. We have been gifted a ton of new snow recently and the conditions don’t get much better than this. Summit is on the schedule this morning and after patrol does their snow safety assessment and deems the terrain is safe, we are hoping to open all 360 degrees of the mountain. Tuesday’s forecast is calling for partly sunny skies, light winds with a chance of snow showers in the afternoon, temperatures in the 20’s. Beautiful. Grab an extra layer and come play in the deep stuff with us.

This is a great time to check your knowledge of deep snow safety and tree well hazards. Always ski or ride with a buddy in eyesight and take extra caution while skiing or riding in the trees.
