Conditions Report: Wednesday, December 6th 2017, 6:12 am

Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:

A gorgeous day forecast here in the Cascades. Temperatures in the mid 30’s today and gentle winds once again. The skiing has been fantastic this week. Lots of wide open groomed terrain for cruising. Around 11:00 the snow has been softening up slightly getting spreadable and springlike. Coverage is good on trail with some fun bumpy sections on Corkscrew, Canyon, and Tippy Toe. Still a little too early to connect areas between trails. Plenty of early season exposure still exists off trail so watch those marked and unmarked obstacles. Your equipment will thank you. Today we will once again be operating the Sunrise, Skyliner, Sunshine, and Pine Marten chairs. Parking is available in the Skyliner lot and the West Village Lodge will be open for all your skiing and riding needs. It’s going to be a really nice day with great conditions and plenty of photo ops so come hang out.

Our planned lift package for the weekend is Rainbow, Sunrise, Skyliner, Sunshine, and Pine Marten. Snowblast Tubing will be open Saturday and Sunday with tow-up action. Skyliner parking will be open this weekend with all skier services being provided in the West Village. Sunrise lodge and parking will remain closed.
