Conditions Report: Sunday, December 3rd 2017, 6:05 am

Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:

What a day up here at the mountain. Snow has been falling consistently all day and with light winds and it’s starting to stack up nicely. Sunday should be a great day; with heavy snowfall forecasted throughout the night we could see some serious accumulation by opening and tomorrow could definitely be one of those days you won’t want to miss out on. It will be tempting to ski/ride off trail with all this new snow, but please use caution as there are many marked and unmarked obstacles out there. Also, plan accordingly for winter driving conditions as Mother Nature ramps up this next blast of winter fun. Beat the morning rush and get here early to enjoy coffee and breakfast at Cocoa’s café which opens at 8 a.m. on Sunday morning.

West Village Lodge is back open for business this weekend with all services available. Sunrise Lodge and parking lot will be closed Sunday. Snowblast tubing will be open Sunday with walk up only. Join us tonight at 10 Barrel Brewing’s ‘Pray For Snow’ party at their brewing facility on Bend’s eastside, and keep those snow jigs going!
