Conditions Report: Saturday, December 2nd 2017, 6:04 am

Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:

Fast and fun conditions for all those who started their weekend early up here on the hill. Groomers stayed rippable all day long, with many smiling faces to show for it. As Friday operations come to a close, we are looking ahead to a strong storm system that will move in just after opening on Saturday, anticipating several inches of snow to fall throughout the day. We could see significant snow totals from this storm, so plan accordingly when preparing for your weekend at the mountain. Please remember that pre-season conditions still exist and we recommend sticking to the groomed trails to avoid early season hazards.

We will be shifting operations back to West Village Base Area on Saturday with all services open. This means that Sunrise Base Area will be closed this weekend, but the restrooms will stay open. Plan to park at West Village Base Area or the Skyliner parking lot. Rainbow, Sunrise, Skyliner, Sunshine, and Pine Marten lifts are on the schedule for Saturday. Snowblast Tubing will open Saturday and Sunday with walk-up access only. With storms on the way, be sure to stay tuned in to this page for snow, lift and terrain status updates. This weekend could be an early season treat, so wax your sticks or board and head up to Mt. Bachelor for some weekend fun!
