Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:
Gravity Sports Event – November 4-5
Mark your calendar for our next Gravity Sports event, the weekend of November 4-5. Get 10% off purchases of $300 or more on new 2017-18 winter gear. We’re also bringing back our exclusive passholder offer of $59 unrestricted buddy lift tickets. These are only available at Mt. Bachelor the weekend of November 4-5 and there is a limit of two (2) per Full Season or Midweek passholder. If you purchased two buddy tickets at last month’s event, you’ve reached your limit with this particular offer but come up anyway and see what’s new since your last visit to Gravity Sports. Truckloads of new gear have arrived to fill the store since the last time the shop was open!
Pick Up Your Season Pass
In addition to the opportunity to pick up your new season pass at the mountain the weekend of November 4-5, Mt. Bachelor offers pass pick-up opportunities every day in Bend. Stop by our in-town headquarters at Sun Country Tours (531 SW 13th St) between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Full Season and Midweek Pass holders can get a new picture taken for their new pass, while 12 Day and 4 Day Pass holders can update their photo in our system (photos will not be printed on 12 Day or 4 Day Passes this year). You can also check to see if your pass reactivated properly, allowing your first day on the mountain to go smoothly.
Also note that we’re offering several season pass picture parties on select evenings in Bend as well as some opportunities in Corvallis, Eugene and Portland. Check our Events Calendar for the latest information. Think snow!
Hiking for Early-Season Turns
If you are considering hiking for turns, please visit our Safety and Uphill Travel page for important safety information and to read the latest information about our uphill travel policy and hiking restrictions. Patrol services are not available, avalanche risk may be high and no avalanche reduction efforts are currently taking place.
