Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:
Keep in mind that roads are icy and snow covered as you approach the mountain this morning. Please come prepared for winter conditions by driving a properly equipped vehicle and taking your time on the way up. Also, we’re all about carpooling – so on weekends, we offer those with 4 or more in a vehicle preferred parking in West Village lot as long as spots are available.
Since winter blizzard and beach party don’t necessarily make the best pairing, we’ve decided to cancel the 10 Barrel Snow Beach party and live music scheduled for today, Saturday, May 13. If weather permits, it may be back on for Sunday! Stay tuned.
We’re open every day from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. through Sunday, May 28. Spring lift ticket prices are in effect. As a general reminder, our beginner areas are closed for the season, so all skiers and snowboarders should feel comfortable riding the more-difficult “blue square” terrain in order to enjoy their day on the snow. View our Springtacular page to read more about what’s open this spring.
Looking ahead to our Finale Weekend, we hope you can join us May 27-28 for a season-ending celebration. The BrewSki beer festival is on tap both days, while the North American Pond Skimming Championships takes place on Sunday, May 28. Participation in the pond skim is limited to the first 100 entrants. Sign up now to reserve your chance to win a 2017-18 Full Season Pass!
