Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:
Mild spring temps was the story on Tuesday as we wrap up a super fun afternoon of spring skiing here on Mt. Bachelor. Our crews laid down a playful network of groomed terrain with some nice silky soft corduroy to sink your edges into. Temps are forecasted to stay well above freezing on the mountain overnight with some light precip a possibility. It should be nice and soft to start things off in the morning and with clearing skies and temps in the 50s, Wednesday looks to be a Springtacular day of skiing and riding on the mountain. We’ll see you when you get here!
We’ve entered the final stretch of our spring season. Lifts will operate every day from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m with reduced lift ticket prices. Northwest lift is on the schedule through Sunday, May 7, while the Pine Marten, Skyliner and Summit lifts will lift you every day (weather permitting) through our season finale on Sunday, May 28. Cloudchaser has closed for the season, so for those skiing the east side off our Summit lift please make sure you don’t ski below the get-back over to Skyliner lift. With Sunshine Accelerator lift and the West Village carpet now closed for the season, skiers and snowboarders should feel comfortable riding the more-difficult “blue square” terrain from the Pine Marten and Skyliner lifts in order to enjoy their day on the snow. View our Springtacular page for all the details about our spring plan.
