Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:
Spring is putting up a solid fight against winter making its comeback. A multi-day storm has arrived with the front end of the system boasting warm temps and a healthy dose of precip, making for a soggy start to the weekend. Fortunately, snow levels will be slowly but steadily decreasing throughout the day Saturday with a few inches worth of accumulation projected by close tomorrow! Stronger winds are expected to accompany tomorrow’s snowfall, so come prepared to be blasted right back into winter mode. Conditions off piste have been softening up quite a bit as of late, but with that comes slower, stickier more unpredictable snowpack – groomers will be the best bet first thing in the morning. We plan to have our full operations from Cloudchaser over to Northwest up and running for tomorrow unless weather dictates otherwise – we’ll just have to see what Mother Nature throws our way! Lastly, make sure to join us tonight Friday, 6:00 p.m. at Crow’s Feet Commons for the 4th and final Mt. Bachelor Après Ski Bash of the season! To close out this year’s Après events we have none other than Bend’s favorite Moon Mountain Ramblers. See you there!
It’s that time of year for our Springtacular Season Pass sale. Pricing and spring season operation plans are spelled out here. You won’t want to miss what is shaping up to be an amazing spring on Mt. Bachelor.
Our terrain park crew started the jump build for the second annual 10 Barrel Brewing Hella Big Air here in the West Village Base Area. This year’s action will be even hotter than last year with plenty of hucking and a live show from Lyrics Born! Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 25 and join us for a HELLA good time!
