Conditions Report: Saturday, March 11th 2017, 6:06 am

Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:

Sunny skies, slacking winds and a recovering snowpack Friday afternoon as we all enjoy a brief break in the endless onslaught of winter weather. This short respite will continue in the morning before another round of precip moves in Saturday afternoon. Groomers will be the story on Saturday and we should have our entire lower mountain ready to go first thing. It will be hustling and bustling on Saturday, get an early start and have fun when you get here.

We’ve expanded our carpooling and now have more spots to offer those with 4 or more in a vehicle. Carpoolers get Free Preferred Parking and with more spots available, it is a great way to beat the morning rush. We have a busy weekend ahead, getting a jump on everybody to first chair begins with a hot breakfast in Cocoa’s Café starting at 7:30 a.m.

The USCSA National Championship continues Saturday on Mt. Bachelor. Complete information about the championships is available on the USCSA website, including information for spectators, and a LIVE STREAM of the events. The competition venues will include the Thunderbird, Leeway and Midway runs along with the Slopestyle Arena and select Nordic trails.
