Conditions Report: Tuesday, March 7th 2017, 5:58 am

Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:

Given this storm will be raging on all week, we’ll be experiencing a wide range of weather and challenging conditions on the roads. Please come prepared for deep winter weather by carrying chains or driving high clearance 4WD vehicles and taking it easy on the way up. Afternoon snow totals will also make it difficult to get out of the parking lots when your day on the mountain is over without a properly equipped vehicle. Plan ahead, get an early start, be patient and most importantly, have a rippin’ good time when you get here!

Mt. Bachelor is proud to host the USCSA National Championships this week. Collegiate participants, family, volunteers and officials will be here all week in support of alpine racing, freestyle and Nordic events. Complete information about the championships is available on the USCSA website, including information for spectators. The competition venues will include the Thunderbird, Leeway and Midway runs along with the Slopestyle Arena and select Nordic trails. Welcome and good luck!
