Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:
Partly cloudy skies, light winds and cold temps keeping our snowpack in great shape Thursday morning. Epic groomers and miles of corduroy will be the name of the game today. Your favorite hidden powder stashes will be in play as well as a chance of getting our Summit lift spinning and that could change the story. Our crews are getting Summit prepped, all we need is a little help from Mother Nature and clear consistent visibility of the top for Patrol and mountain safety. Stay tuned.
Please come prepared for winter driving conditions on the roads getting up here. A vehicle properly equipped for winter driving conditions is essential, as are patience and safe driving practices. These snow conditions have made our parking lots slick as well and we ask that you use caution on the walk to and from the lifts. Our Interlodge Shuttle is running everyday this week for those who want to bounce between our West Village and Sunrise base lodges. Finally, a reminder that tree wells are always a factor but even more so during a storm. Please educate yourself on tree well safety and always ski or ride with a partner off piste. Plan ahead, get an early start, be patient and most importantly, have a rippin’ good time when you get here!
