Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:
We saw a lot of snow covered smiles as Saturday’s storm arrived right on schedule and gave us yet another blanket of soft cascade pow. More fun on Sunday as the next blast of winter magic rolls in from the Pacific. Storm riding is the plan for tomorrow with more fresh tracks and epic snow conditions. Tree wells are always a factor but even more so during a storm. Please educate yourself on tree well safety and ALWAYS ski or ride with a partner in the trees
We’ve expanded our carpooling and now have more spots to offer those with 4 or more in a vehicle. Carpoolers get Free Premier Parking and with more spots available, it is a great way to get on the mountain before everybody else.
The USASA Rail Jam is going on in the events arena on Sunday. Open to freeskiers and snowboarders of all ages and abilities, come sign up and join in on the fun..
It is always a good idea to take it easy on the roads. With the wide range of weather conditions on the drive up, the roads can be challenging if you are not properly equipped for winter mountain driving. Plan ahead, get an early start, and most importantly, take your time. Have fun and enjoy Mt. Bachelor!
