Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:
We want to give a big thank you to all that came out this weekend to make our opening days for this season a success! After waking up to a few inches of fresh snow this morning, we continued to receive consistent snow fall throughout the day helping us end the weekend on a high note. We’re expecting Mother Nature to bless us with even more by tomorrow…up to 10″ is in the forecast! We have three lifts scheduled to operate for tomorrow, check back below for current updates.
While all the new snow is exciting, please keep in mind early season conditions still exist. Our grooming team is working their magic, but hazards are just below the snow surface. Stay on the groomed runs for now. Better safe than sorry.
Finally, a word about hiking. Our winter Uphill Travel Policy is in effect, meaning that you can hike the Cone, but all other areas of Mt. Bachelor are closed to uphill travel. Thanks for your cooperation and respect for everyone’s safety.
We’re stoked that our winter season is underway. Lifts are turning, the Nordic Center is open, Snowblast Tubing Park is open for walk-up tubing and all of our West Village base area services are open & available to you. Breakfast starts at 7:30 and the sales center & season pass desk open at 8:30. Winter is on. Welcome back. Join us for some early season turns.
