Conditions Report: Sunday, November 27th 2016, 6:14 am

Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:

Good Morning from Mount Bachelor! We picked up a few inches of fresh snow overnight and are expecting light wind and scattered snow showers throughout the day. Our grooming team reports that our fresh snow is tilling in nicely on all groomed runs. Check back for real time lift status updates.

We’ll be totally honest; the snowpack is very thin. Our grooming team is working their magic, but hazards are just below the snow surface. Stay on the groomed runs for now. Better safe than sorry.

Finally, a word about hiking. Our winter Uphill Travel Policy is in effect, meaning that you can hike the Cone, but all other areas of Mt. Bachelor are closed to uphill travel. Thanks for your cooperation and respect for everyone’s safety.

We’re stoked that our winter season is underway. Lifts are turning, the Nordic Center is open, Snowblast Tubing Park is open for walk-up tubing and all of our West Village base area services are open & available to you. Breakfast starts at 7:30 and the sales center & season pass desk open at 8:30. Winter is on. Welcome back. Join us for some early season turns.
