Conditions Report: Thursday, October 20th 2016, 12:47 pm

Good morning shredders! Here is your daily dose of Mt. Bachelor conditions:

The clouds have parted after Mother Nature delivered one of the biggest October snow dumps we have seen in years! It looks like mid-January out there, and nothing gets us more excited for the season ahead than seeing the mountain covered in snow. There is just over a month until our tentative opening day of November, 25. Get stoked for winter and check out our events calendar to join us for one of many fall parties!

While we know everyone is psyched to get out and make some turns, we want everyone to be clear that they are operating at their own risk. There are no services available for public usage including ski patrol, restrooms, or facilities. We have a significant amount of work to do on hill in preparation for the winter season, which means snow cats, snowmobiles, and other machinery will be moving about the mountain freely. We appreciate your cooperation and are looking forward to a snowy 2016-2017 winter ahead!
